Our clerks have an in-depth knowledge of the Industry and are qualified members of ARLA Inventories, the AIIC and PRS and carry full professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
We are an independent company that provides “Inventories,” “Check-ins,” “Mid-term Inspections” and “Check-outs”, covering Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Middlesex, and the surrounding areas.
Our reports are detailed and include full colour photographs. Upon completion all reports are delivered by e-mail for your administration and the purpose of administering the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. *
